The brief was to give policyholders a reliable place to take care of insurance needs without calling a hotline or visiting an office.
Qualifast delivered native Android and iOS applications with secure policy access, location-based specialist search, and certified assistance requests.
The first application quickly led to a second insurer with similar needs.
Rather than starting over, Qualifast built a separate app on top of the proven codebase, adapting brand and requirements while keeping the common self-care foundation.
When more insurers expressed interest, building every application separately stopped making sense.
Qualifast helped rework the architecture so new applications could be launched in days, with branding, design, and feature availability controlled largely through configuration.
